"Support replied quicker than I expected"
I sent a question through Pfizer the support team got back to me faster than I thought they would. They covered most of what I was asking, although one part wasn’t totally clear and I had to follow up again. Still, that’s not too bad, right? Overall I’d say it was a good experience, just not completely perfect

"Surprisingly, it actually worked fast"
I’ll give it credit, it helped quickly, which was nice because I wasn’t exactly expecting miracles. I did have a couple of minor side effects, because apparently nothing can just be simple, but they weren’t too bad. Overall, it worked well for me.

"Not worth it for me"
I really wanted this to work, but the side effects were rough for me. On top of that, the safety information felt confusing and didn’t make me feel confident about using it. Personally, I wouldn’t try it again or recommend it based on my experience.

"I don’t know why it’s so hard to find things"
I tried using pfizer.com to look up some basic info, and I don’t know why, but it felt way more frustrating than it should have. The menus seemed kind of messy, I kept ending up on pages that didn’t really get me anywhere, and the search wasn’t much help either. It felt like I had to click around forever just to find simple stuff. For a company that big, I expected the site to be easier to use.

They do share some information, and at first I thought that was enough, but it still feels a bit too controlled and not very clear. I guess I appreciate the updates, or maybe I do, but I wish they were more open about the details and how decisions are actually being made.

Pfizer is definitely a big name, and I know they’ve done a lot of important work, so I don’t want to ignore that. At the same time, I just don’t always feel totally comfortable trusting big pharma companies in general. It’s kind of a mixed feeling for me, some of it seems good, some of it makes me pause. The website is okay, it does what it needs to do, but overall I’m still a little unsure, just a little unsure.

"I had been looking around for..."
I had been looking around for info on a Pfizer medication and trying to figure out if it was actually available anywhere. Their site was helpful, helpful in a way that didn’t make me dig through page after page just to get basic answers.
My pharmacy was able to get it without any problems too, which was a big relief. A few other places were talking about delays, delays, delays, so I was just glad this worked out when I needed it.

"Easy to find what I needed"
I used pfizer.com to look up some general information, it was easy to get around. The pages were straightforward and didn’t feel overly complicated.
I liked that I could find safety info, company updates, and product details without having to click through a bunch of random pages. Most of it was explained in plain language, which I appreciated.
It’s not exactly an exciting website, but it did what I needed it to do. Clear, easy to read, and simple enough to use, so i’d give it 5 stars.
